About
If you're on the hunt for a dining experience that showcases the vibrant flavors of Santa Fe, look no further than Dr. Field Goods. Nestled at 187 Paseo De Peralta, this culinary gem is making waves with its innovative menu and a commitment to quality that resonates through every dish.
The reviews speak for themselves. Customers rave about the cubano sandwich and the cobb salad, whose combination of ingredients leaves a lasting impression on the palate. One satisfied diner, James Wernicke, summed up his experience succinctly: "the food tasted great." It's clear that Dr. Field Goods is a haven for those seeking flavorful, creative dishes.
As I indulged in the acclaimed bone marrow paired with herb bread, I found the richness of flavor to be exceptional. C R, another delighted guest, echoed my sentiments about the muscles with chorizo and pizza—both culinary standouts that further cement Dr. Field Goods as one of the best spots in town.
What truly sets Dr. Field Goods apart is its ability to surprise. Ernest Baca described the not so BLT as a revelation, proving that the adventurous twist on classics is a hallmark of this establishment. His enthusiasm for other dishes, like the gently cooked salmon, speaks to the restaurant’s unwavering dedication to culinary excellence.
The ambiance is equally inviting. With a pleasant patio that's ideal for warmer days and attentive service highlighted by diners such as Tina Lee and Brenda Martinez, the experience extends beyond just the food. Lunch service that is quick yet unhurried makes it a perfect spot for both the bustling lunch crowd and those seeking a relaxing meal.
In an era where quality dining can be pricey, some may find the drinks on the expensive side, but as Ernest noted, "it's Santa Fe." The delightful offerings—like the cult-favorite pudding bread—create a compelling reason for any visitor to return.
In conclusion, Dr. Field Goods is not merely a restaurant but a vibrant part of the Santa Fe culinary landscape. With flavorful dishes, a welcoming atmosphere, and a passion for food that shines through every plate, it promises an experience that will not soon be forgotten. Be sure to make a visit; your taste buds will thank you!
“ We had the cubano, cobb salad, Skinny burger, and kid's burger. The food tasted great, I don't even know how many ingredients were in the salad, and the service was excellent. ”
“ Probably one of the best restaurants in town, the bone marrow had a lot of flavor and was paired with excellent herb bread. The muscles had an amazing sauce with chorizo on top. The pizza was perfectly balanced and had a great taste with pepperoni and italian sausage. Highly recommend to anyone in Santa Fe. ”
“ First of all the audience is great staff is great but the food well, I ordered the not so BLT and I wanted to send it back because it looked like a hamburger. He said that is the BLT give it a chance I bid into this burger, and my mind was blown. All I could taste was a BLT. Yes it was that good. We also had salmon and salad and the salmon was cookedto order. The only thing I gotta say is the drinks are a little bit pricey but it’s Santa Fe. Would we come back absolutely especially for the pudding bread! ”
“ The food was tasty and the service was great. Not too busy during lunchtime when I went on a Thursday. There’s a patio that will be nice when it’s a little cooler outside. ”
“ Food arrived quickly and was delicious. My husband and I each ordered a sandwich, and we gave each other half. Both were sp good! The service was great. ”
“ This is our second visit and was as good as our first. Mom raved about her Red Chile Miso Glazed Salmon with yakisoba noodles salad. She stuffed herself silly! I had the Josper Grilled Salmon Cesar. I ordered the half serving but it was still quite a generous portion and really good. The salmon on both of our dishes was beautifully prepared. Then we finished with the Flan and Bread pudding. Both were excellent, though the bread pudding was easily enough to feed two! Our server, whose name escapes me, was great. Very accommodating and efficient without hovering. So all in all another enjoyable lunch. Definitely recommend. Photos not great, but hopefully give you an idea of the portions and presentation. ”
“ I would recommend eating here, we ordered the skinny burger and’s it was delicious . Our servicer was very friendly and attentive. We placed our order and it came out right away. This place is great will definitely be coming back soon... ”
“ Really good food, casual atmosphere, excellent service by our waiter Juan. Super attentive but not overly. He noticed my mom's knife was a bit dirty and replaced it without prompting. It's the little details that make a difference. My green Chile chicken enchiladas were excellent and mom loved her salmon. Then I had a homemade flan and it was gorgeous! We'll definitely be back! ”
